Editorial guidelines
These guidelines set out how content on deinrecatch.de is created, checked and updated – so you can judge what you can rely on here.
Source hierarchy
- Official DomainCatcher sources (product pages, FAQ, price lists) for all information on ReCatch, Redomain, Domex, ODM and backorder. In case of conflict, they take precedence over our texts.
- Official bodies such as registries (e.g. DENIC), USPTO, EUIPO and WIPO for procedures and law.
- Our own practical experience – labeled as an assessment, never as a product fact.
Updating prices and conditions
Product information is maintained centrally and carries a visible as-of date on every product-related page (currently: 22 July 2026). Prices are never shown in images only. If DomainCatcher changes prices, deadlines or processes, we update the central facts file and all affected pages following a documented process.
Separating facts from assessment
Facts (prices, processes, deadlines) are sourced and dated. Assessments (for instance on the suitability of a strategy) are formulated as such – recognizable by conditional phrasing, qualifications and risk notes.
What we don't do
- no domain-value, ranking or sale guarantees,
- no invented tests, customer experiences or success stories,
- no paid positive reviews,
- no artificial scarcity or false urgency,
- no instructions for manipulative SEO practices or expired-domain abuse.
Disclosure of economic relationships
Links to DomainCatcher are identifiable as external links and marked with rel="sponsored noopener". The economic relationship is disclosed on the transparency page.
Corrections and outdated information
We correct errors as quickly as possible once we become aware of them and adjust the update date. The easiest way to notify us is by email to seo@byte.at – this also applies to outdated prices or changed processes.
Trademark and legal questions
We use product and trademark names (ReCatch, Redomain, DomainCatcher) in their official spelling and without protection marks unless these are confirmed. Legal content on this website consists of general notes and does not replace legal or tax advice.
